What do you do in Prysmian?

I am a process engineer at the Claremont plant in North America. My job focuses on improvements with buffering products in the loose tube area.

Please describe your first year @Prysmian Group, as part of the Make It Program

My experience with the Prysmian Make It program has been amazing so far! I joined half a year ago and it has been challenging and rewarding. This company has an incredible environment for letting employees grow and fulfill their potential.

What did you like most about the Induction and on-boarding experience?

What I liked most about the induction was the international exposure to other cultures and ethnicities, along with the wide networking with people from other backgrounds who will be joining the company and be its key leaders in the future.

Why do you think Prysmian chose you for this role? What are your main strengths?

To be in a competitive industry like this, there’s need for critical thinkers and optimistic learners. I believe the Make It program utilizes all these dynamics with a hands-on approach.

Why would you recommend the Make It Program to a young engineer?

Without a doubt I would recommend the Make it Program to any young individual who has the potential mind-set to be part of Prysmian. One who aims to keep succeeding and exceed expectations throughout their career.  The opportunities are significant and thanks to the Make It program they can be successfully fulfilled.
